72 Candidates are ready for Women Security Guards
Mumbai,(Sachin Murdeshwar):On the 8th March 2012 (International Women’s Day), Marshal Women Security Pvt Ltd have launched a “Women Marshal Training Program for undergraduate women in Maharashtra”. The response to this is
overwhelming. On the auspicious day of international Women’s day, 8th March, First women Marshal’s batch training was initiated with 30 candidates. We are pleased to inform you that we have successfully accomplished Training 72 Women Marshal Candidates.
Over the last few years women have demonstrated their Management,Leadership, Communication and Decision Making Skills, we see them leading in adverse professional areas. Every year, there is increase in the number of Women Working in Corporate, Professional & Political Fields. This has created a new and ever increasing need of ‘Women Security Guards’and body guards in various Government, Non-Government and Corporate Establishments, Not only are these women considered a better choice by many corporate due to their multi tasking abilities and emotional intelligence skills.
Hence we request you to cooperate with us in creating public awareness so that maximum unemployed undergraduate women can take advantage of this training and placement facility in Kharghar, Navi Mumbai. Seeing
the kind of rigorous hard bound training given by our organization we have got response from Kolkata, Kerala and Goa. Within Maharashtra we are very soon starting our training centers at Pune, Ahmednagar and Nasik, along with existing Kharghar. We have got 2300 candidates from All Over India have responded to our program due to guaranteed
employment given after the training.
Our aim is upliftment of Women and provide employment to them in honorable sectors like Government sectors, Commercial Sectors, Banks,Malls, Industries and Domestic Sectors. We have created a huge cliental willing to hire trained women marshals from our company, to fulfill their requirement of security guards, body guards and safety
officers. There are Two Categories of training program and respective placements accordingly.
Grade A – High Profile placements in Government Serctors, Government Hospitals, Airports and Research Centers.
Grade B – Junior Profile placements like Banks, Malls,Industries and Domestic Sectors.
